Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we now offer shipping to Canada, Australia and United Kingdom.  There is no tracking available.  All international orders are nonreturnable and nonrefundable.  Seller is not liable for stolen, damaged or lost international packages.  Seller is not responsible for delays due to customs or for any customs duties or tariffs that may be imposed.  International shipments (outside US) may be subject to taxes, duties or other custom fees.  The recipient is responsible for any such fees at the point of delivery.  All prices are shown in US dollars.  Check with your local customs office about rules and regulations that may apply to you before you order.

How do I know if you received my order?

We will email you an order acknowledgement once you complete your online checkout. If you do not receive an email acknowledgment, please contact Customer Service.

How do I know when my order has shipped?

When ordering online, we will email you a shipping acknowledgement once we ship. Your shipments will include the tracking number on the email acknowledgement as well as the web address to check the status of the shipment.

What if I have a question or problem about an order that I placed through your online store?

If you have a question or problem about an order, please contact us ASAP at info@snapandshoptray.com. Orders are processed throughout the day, every day. Once an item has processed, we can no longer make changes to it or cancel it

Can you send my purchase directly to a gift recipient?

Yes. Please enter your address in the billing section and the gift recipient's address in the shipping section. Receipts are never included with any orders.

When do you charge sales tax?

Sales taxes are applied based on the location to which the order is being shipped. Orders being shipped to Texas will include 8.25% sales tax.

How do I clean my Snap & Shop?

To clean the handle: detach from tray attachment and wipe down with a disinfecting wipe. The tray and lid are dishwasher safe.

Can I return my order?

We hope you love what you’ve ordered. But if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please return your order for a full refund or exchange of the item within 60 days of the purchase date. Returns must be new, unused, in the original packaging, and include instruction guides and labels. The cost of the original shipping is not refundable.

This policy only applies to products that have been purchased on Snap & Shop’s website. Products purchased from other retail outlets must be returned to the original place of purchase. Please refer to the retailer’s return policy for full instructions.

Please note that we are only able to refund shipping charges if we sent the wrong item or the item sent was defective. If you are making an exchange because you would like a different color, you will be charged for shipping your exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your items are received damaged or defective please follow the steps outlined in the Return Policy and indicate if you would like a refund, replacement item, or exchange.

  • If you request a refund, the original shipping cost will be refunded in addition to the cost of the item and sales tax (if applicable).
  • If you request a replacement item, it will be shipped to you without any additional charges.
  • If you request an exchange, please return the items you wish to exchange and place a new order.

Snap & Shop reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of this Return and Shipping policy, at any time. It is your responsibility to check this Return and Shipping policy periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes will mean that you accept and agree to the changes.

  2. Place the Return Form with the item(s) being returned in the box

  • We do not pay for return shipping fees.
  • We are not responsible for return packages lost in transit. Be sure to get a tracking number or insurance for your return in the event the package is lost or misdirected.
  • We Do Not accept returns for used merchandise

Once your item is returned, we will either exchange the item or issue a credit (to your credit card). If a credit is issued, we will credit the original payment account for the item’s purchase price, including tax (if applicable), but excluding the original shipping charge.  If you have received free shipping, we will credit the original payment account for the item's purchase price including tax (if applicable) and you will be charged for the original amount of shipping. Please allow 2 – 4 weeks for the credit to appear in your account.

Warranty

With a receipt we will replace any item which has a manufacturer’s defect within 60 days of the purchase date. Additionally, while our warranty is excellent, there are other limits to it. We offer NO WARRANTY in cases of inadequate care or neglect, abuse, abnormal use, misuse, accidents, normal wear and tear, damage due to environmental or natural elements, failure to follow product instructions, improper storage or maintenance of the products, or improper service or causes not arising out of defects in materials and workmanship.

If you are within the warranty, you will be asked to return the product back to us. After the product is received, a replacement will be sent to you.
